Irctc Tatkal Time is now changed but this time time changing is bit different and changes are in part. Irctc is now implementing the new scheme which will divide the load in time segment. Now the person who wants to book AC ticket he will book his tatkal ticket at 10PM. But if you want to travel in Sleeper than you can login Irctc at 11 PM. These changes wil effect from 15th June 2015.
