Yamaha has launched its Yamaha Ray in India. Its the first and entry level product from Yamaha in Scooter Market in India. Yamaha Ray is nicely designed. First time in India Yamaha has launched its first Scooter in India. Yamaha Ray is the first an entry level Scooter of Yamaha in the Indian Market. With Ray Yamaha is starting its new phase in India. Many companies are also working over this concept and also having a very good market in the India. Yamaha has to compete with its biggest opponent Honda, Hero, TVS and Mahindra. Right now Yamaha Ray has to compete with Activa, Rhodeo, Pleasure, Scooty Pep.

According to the design Ray i am sure Ray will be the big hit in India but it look like that Ray is having the title that it is made only for the girls. according to the color’s and design. Boys will not be attract because this scooter is not for them it is only for the girls. So its very difficult to compete with the Activa because it is for Unisex.
